π€ When our Tribe unites
Another one!
Last weekend, we hosted an Airtribe community meetup and had a special time with our Bengaluru gang. The Tribe joined us for some drinks and delicious food on a chill Saturday evening. Fun games, conversations and the dosa party at the end made this evening a fun one!
If you missed this one, block your calendars for something big in November.
Stay tuned!

In this edition, meet the beautiful, enthusiastic team at Airtribe which works in the background to provide you with a seamless experience as you embark on your learning and upskilling journey.
We asked our team βWhat's it like working at Airtribe?β and we got some amusing and fun responses
We went around the office asking folks first-hand, in full paparazzi mode π
Saurav Ghosh, our Learning experience designer~
βIt's been an interesting 3.5 months journey for me at Airtribe. The CBC format is at a nascent stage and there is still much to figure out. Small wins like our learners keeping in touch with instructors months after a course ends or some learners giving job referrals to other learners are what makes my dayβ
Karuna Sankolli, our Product Designer~
βItβs a whole lot of fun, hustle and meetingsβ
Aryan Sachdeva, our Operations associate~
βInsightful discussions with founders, close understanding of startup culture, making unlimited connections and a very comfortable cultureβ
Suyash Thakur, our Product engineer~
βEntrepreneurial, fun, energetic. We love what we do, and we aim for the bestβ
Arjun Nair, our learner enhancement pioneer~
βWorking at Airtribe is a roller-coaster ride. It's like taking an adventure trip with a team who are always there to help you make it to the finish lineβ
Kartikay Sharma, our community manager~
βExponential learning with 1st principles driven problem-solvingβ
Akira, our video editor and creator~
"It's like working for an F1 pit-stop crew; speed, precision and strategy!"Β
Lisha Papneja, joined us recently in a creator acquisition role~
βIt's challenging, exciting and definitely out of my comfort zoneβ
Last but not the least, Bonnie Simte, our Product Designer said "Bas badhiya" and we had to wrap with the on-site team with these two motivating words π
We donβt forget our remote folks. Hereβs what they had to say!
Apurv Jain, our Product Engineer~
βWorking at Airtribe is like working for your own company. The way your views are taken into account, the independence you get in presenting your views, the transparency that you have, it's like you are running your own companyβ.
Gunjan Rajwania, our Talent acquisition pioneer~
βI really like the versatility of being able to do a variety of thingsβ
Pinakee Kaushik, our Front-end developer~
βTaking ownership end to end and doing it really fast is what I learnt from Airtribeβ
Aswin Sampath, our Marketeer~
βItβs fun, exciting and more importantly it is intellectually stimulatingβ
With this, our team spoke their heart out and we hope you got a lil gist of the whole work culture and environment we are building at Airtribe.
Before we end this weekβs edition, our co-founder Navneet Sharma got a special message for you all~
