🥊 Remote vs On-site: The battle never stops
Experts say that the future of work is all global, remote, async, and will involve more use of creativity. The surprising thing is these trends were accelerated by Covid lockdowns but it seems like they are here to stay.
Even as cities open up, more people want to work remotely.

🧐 Food for thought
An insecure leader is always a bad trait.
There is no denying that petty leaders are big talkers. The insecurity of not being as driven/talented/hardworking gets them to repel talent as they are always in the fear of losing their position or status to someone else.
Experts say that these type of leaders are actually dead leaders who tend to nitpick things that don’t really matter, always focusing on small things at the behest of the big picture.
📖 An interesting article for your tranquil Sunday afternoon
What I’ve Learned from Users
“Often founders know what their problems are, but not their relative importance”
Paul Graham, one of the most heard voices in the startup world shares his learnings and insights while talking to users and YC-funded startups.
⚡Hear what one of our Mentors have to say
I believe the biggest factor that has contributed to my transition into Product Management has been my experience with early-stage startups building fascinating products. When you build a product from ground zero, your work is never limited to what your role demands.
I remember working on our first Facebook Ad campaign and narrowing down our demographics, while I was still working as a Business Analyst for one of our ventures. Just like wearing multiple hats, there's so much else that one can learn in a startup environment that applies directly to Product Management.
A few other skills that helped me:
Close connection to end users as you're interacting with them almost daily
Dynamic delivery landscapes due to a constant need for improvement
Being aware of investment and return with every major decision
Consistently managing resources, and expectations of stakeholders, sponsors, and users
I've also realized that working on a side project (maybe building a digital solution for limited users) could also bear the same learnings. As long as we remember the why, what, and for whom of this process, it makes sense to start. The best part is that every step will result in a new addition to your knowledge repository.

💫 A recent discovery we found fascinating
We got stuck over this interesting thread by Romeen Sheth this week..

“Indians are building a business today that is profitable and operates with razor-thin margins. When Indians expand outside of India, it will be difficult for the rest of the world to compete because the cost structure was different from day one”
This thread is a complete bundle of many fascinating insights that shows the energetic spirit and enthusiasm of new-age founders from India.
Maybe the first trillion-dollar startup from India is on its way
